About:

I Need the Plumber & Air Conditioning (INPAC) is a family-owned, home services business that offers expert residential plumbing and HVAC services in a highly competitive, south Florida market.

Challenge:

INPAC had low social media engagement rates and lots of wasted advertising spend. Brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts were proving expensive with very little return on investment (ROI) or return on ad spend (ROAS).

Solution:

Following a comprehensive audit of paid and owned media, we determined that INPAC needed a full redesign of its social media strategy, centered around its original photography (which showcased its friendly technicians and expertly completed work), unique value proposition, and five-star customer reviews. We also created special campaigns around plumbing/HVAC trivia and home maintenance tips (#homehacks).

With paid advertising, we wanted to leverage its unique, customer-driven value proposition (which wasn’t being done) as well as highly targeted, high-buyer intent keywords that would drive business on a limited budget. We created special landing pages to help increase customer conversion rates. Since Google rankings were also important, we worked with an SEO & web design agency to create a high-converting website.
